Is very well equiped and spacious, with an electric cooker with a double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a small breakfast table.

With a washing machine, dryer and plenty of drying room to keep everything clean

Master Double Bedroom
The master bedroom is very spacious and elegant with additional single bed that has an extra pull out bed, so up to 4 can sleep in this bedroom if required.

Double Bedroom
This bedroom has such a lovely view across Sandhead Beach, the sun rises bringing morning light into this large comfortable bedroom. Enjoy your holiday. Dumfries and Galloway has so much to offer for and active, healthy outdoors holiday..

Twin Bedroom
This is a great 'den' for the children, plenty of wardrobe space and two comfortable single beds.

Outside of the large beach house Scotland

The beach is just 30 yards away across a very quiet road and and is surrounded by pure, Galloway fresh air. There is ample parking for 2 cars, the Gardens , both front and rear are enclosed and we have an additional private garden on the beach, and due to the Gulf Stream, the climate here is warm enough for palm trees to grow and we have some in the garden. There is garden furniture in the back and a barbeque.

The property is fully centrally heated with hot water on demand.
